Our direct rate is always the lowest available. Find the same apartment and dates cheaper elsewhere and we will match it.
No booking fees
Online travel sites add service fees. We don't.
Flexible cancellation
Cancel or change free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, or 30 days for the peak period of 18 December to 10 January. Full payment is processed at that point. Full details in the booking terms.
Early in, late out
Ask when you book. We'll make it work when we can.
