How far is Northpoint from the beach?
Sixty seconds from bed to beach. Beach access 162 is directly across Alexandra Parade from the building, and the patrolled section of Alexandra Headland Beach in front of the surf club is a short walk along the sand.
Is Alexandra Headland Beach patrolled?
Yes. Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club patrols the beach; swim between the flags in front of the club, a short walk along the sand from beach access 162. Patrol times change seasonally.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request when you book direct, subject to availability.
Is parking included?
Yes. Every apartment includes one free, secure undercover parking space.
Do the apartments have kitchens and laundries?
Every apartment is fully self-contained with a full kitchen (full-size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher) and its own washer and dryer.
Can I walk to Mooloolaba from Northpoint?
Yes. The coastal boardwalk runs south from Alexandra Headland to Mooloolaba Esplanade, about 20 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes by car.
How far is Northpoint from Sunshine Coast Airport?
About 15 minutes by car. Brisbane Airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes.
Is there a pool?
Yes, an outdoor swimming pool (unheated) with a poolside BBQ area.
Are pets allowed?
Please contact us before booking if you are travelling with an assistance animal.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stays vary by season and are shown when you check dates in the booking engine. Please see our booking terms and conditions for payment and cancellation details.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or changes up to 7 days before arrival, when full payment is processed. For the peak period of 18 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 it is 30 days. After that, 100 percent of the reservation is charged. See our booking terms.
What if I arrive after the office closes?
After-hours arrivals are welcome. You'll receive secure key safe instructions before you arrive.
Why should I book direct rather than through a booking site?
The lowest rate is always on northpointapartments.net, with no booking or service fees, free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (30 days in peak periods), and the option to request early check-in, late check-out or a particular apartment.
